[power-pro] Application-Specific Hotkeys Stop Working

Application-specific hotkeys sometimes stop working. Bringing up Configure 
PowerPro, going to Key/Mouse and immediately OKing out fixes the problem for a 
while.

Any idea what's happening?  Global hotkeys are reliable.
