Setup, Advanced Setup, Configuration tab, checkmark use standard configuration or (if not using standard configuration for a good reason): Setup, Advanced Setup, Characters tab, Escape Character for strings used in expressions: should have a backslash as the character, i.e., \ Otherwise "\n" literally means "\n" in PowerPro strings (selections on the Characters tab are dimmed when using standard configuration) Regards, Sheri
