Not directly. You may want to program it yourself in the clip plugin. Open the clipboard, clear the clipboard, settheclipboarddata, close the clipboard. Or you can do the same thing using the dll plugin; you would also have to get the registered format for the rtf clipboard format (which the clip plugin stores in a global).
