[power-pro] Dll functions

Hi all!  I'm relatively new to PowerPro, but old to scripting.  I really 
like the kinds of things I see PowerPro can be used for (especially 
hotkeys), but I want to be able to do some fairly advanced things.  For 
example, I want to be able to lock my workstation and switch off my 
monitor with a single hotkey (such as Windows+L).  Is there a PowerPro 
extension that adds the ability to call a function to shut off the 
monitor?  Also, can PowerPro override built-in Windows hotkeys?
