I'm trying to work with CB_SELECTSTRING to automate an app's combo box selection. It doesn't seem to work with sendmessage but does with sendmessagestr. However every once in a while the message return gets hung up, (and my script stops there without the return value). I have no idea why. Regards, Sheri
