Hi Carroll,

I just remembered why I had that disable bump option checked - I play
a lot of games on my PC, and I checked that setting quite some time
back when I discovered that when playing a game, if I moved my mouse
upwards (towards the top of the screen), suddenly my PowerPro bar
appeared. With that setting enabled, bars do appear when a program is
fully maximised (is that different to 'full screen'?) - as long as the
program has not been 'run as admin'. No matter what the other program,
if you have run it as admin, PowerPro cannot overcome it. I thought I
was being clever when I tried running PowerPro as admin (I thought -
an admin program should be able to overcome another admin program),
but when I did that, my PowerPro bar stopped appearing at any time! So
it was saying I think 'PowerPro is being run as admin, the default
Vista account is not an admin account, therefore I will not show you
any PowerPro bars'. I'm screwed either way.
