Do your keystrings start with {sinp} ?
I believe each keystring would need to start with that in Vista.
Also I imagine that things would generally work better if you were
logging yourself onto Vista as an administrator.

If you disable Vista's User Account Control entirely and log yourself
in as an administrator, you should find Vista to be compatible with
PowerPro. Then Vista should work more like XP.
