Works fine for me in the latest, at least when I use an existing file
(I have no Quickstart.txt) and forward slashes instead of backslashes
in the file name (because backslash is my escape character). I also
verified that the latest included the file plugin. Did you opt to use
an external location for your pcf? (I keep mine in the installation
folder).
