The plugins folder is always part of the exe folder. If you want
different plugins for different users, you must use separate
installations.
With the pcf go all files that a single user could write -- notes,
scripts, clips, pcfs, ini files, etc.
You can find out the folder of the powerpro exename with
file.folder(win.exepath("c=powerpromain"))
