Does not happen in my basic tests, but I would not be surprised if it
did in some more complicated circumstances.
PowerPro will reload the script file if
1. the script file is not already running (eg won't try to reload
file if you call a function in a different part of the script file),
AND
2. the script file modify date has changed
Its possibly that an error could break the test in 1, but not in the
simple cases I have tried.
You can use exec.scriptcache("on"), ("off"), ("clear") to control
behavior of script caching instead of restarts.
