[power-pro] New Mouse Gestures Feature

As a non-programmer user of PowerPro, i was excited to see the new 
Mouse Gestures features in 4.8. However, I am very inexperienced with 
using plugins. Can anyone share with me a simple way to start, create, 
and use this great feature aimed at someone who does not understand how 
to run services and plugins?? Thanks. jfb
