I have a record of a post ages ago; someone wanted to read/write ID3v2 tags. Who was that?
There are a COM object-supporting dlls that would appear to fit the bill. E.g. cddbcontrol.dll http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files.php/dllfiles/C/cddbcontrol.dll/download.html id3com.dll http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/id3lib/id3com.dll Haven't yet tried any of them.
