I actually only bothered to fix it for the initial setup.  But I 
uploaded a new version with pproconf *wiz fixed as well.

I don't know why powerpro.hlp works now and not before for you.  There 
has always been code in PowerPro to replace command line powerpro.hlp 
with call to winhelp subsystem using full path to hlp file in exe 
folder.
