[power-pro] Can PowerPro be used to block a keypress?

Hello everyone,

Can PowerPro be used to block a key press - say the F1 key (help) in
IrfanView (i_vew32.exe)? In other words, when I press F1 in IrfanView,
I don't want the key to do anything.
