[power-pro] Set GUI Control Tab - Activate window as Hotkey

Hi all,

Is it possible to set on/off the "Activate window when mouse over" 
feature on the "GUI Control" tab as a hot key ?

This might be a cl.xxxx function.

Any ideas ?
