[power-pro] Buggy middle caption behaviour

I am trying to set a clock that would show in the middle of every
window bar. I manage to do it. it works fine however showing and
hiding is a problem. Basically I set right click on caption bar to
hide and unhide a 
time info bar. When i right click on the caption bar , time bar
disappears nicely however it shows up couple seconds later. If I set
bar to float rather than "middle caption" hiding and showin works as
expected
