[power-pro] exit & restart PowerPro

The Utility Launch Menu has an "Exit PowerPro" command.  What I
usually want is an "Exit & Restart PowerPro" command.  I could add one
to the menu if I knew how to make it work.  Does anyone know?  Or will
the developer add a restart option to the "Exit PowerPro?" dialog box?
