Here's a couple ones I use regularly.

Utilizing selected text for different things:
Have a hotkey (I use F4) with the command:
Clip Copy
More Commands:
cliptxt = clip.get
Menu Show Menu: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Under the Commandlist: Menu: Assorted
I have things like:

keyboard shortcut when the menu opens)
