Make sure you are not using right double click as hot key as this will delay right single click while PowerPro waits to see if you really plan to double click. If not, possibly it is animation. Powerpro just relies on underlying windows settings for menu animation (control panel|display|appearance|effects, so if you think this is the issue, try turning off. You can also experiment with different hot keys such as middle or right hold. Also try turning off icons.
