I can do it in Autoit:
First remove all the obvious shortcuts to sunbird and download autoit3 and
install http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/
Cut and paste the code below into an editor and call it sunbird.au3

run("C:\Program Files\Mozilla Sunbird\sunbird.exe", "", @SW_MAXIMIZE)
Else
MsgBox(0, "Warning", "Sunbird is running.")
endif
I run XP pro so check the paths. Compile with Autoit (if you need a hand
give me a shout or I can send you a precompiled version).
