To mark an application so that UAC automatically prompts you to
elevate privileges, follow these steps:

   1. Right-click the application, and then click Properties.
   2. Click the Compatibility tab.
   3. Select the Run this program as an administrator checkbox, and
then click OK.

I never tried the PowerPro sample bar "Bar". I do recall having issues
with some of bar settings, e.g., bumping screen edges didn't work. I
suspect these were side effects of UAC's "secure desktop" and running
PowerPro as Administrator didn't help there.

I also never tried logging myself in as a standard (non-Administrator)
after marking PowerPro to always run as Administrator. I think the
reason I needed PowerPro to always run as Administrator was so it
would have the authority to interact with other windows.
