[power-pro] Active button shuffle

Hi everybody!
Recently I found and downloaded the Taskbar Shuffle, it's great to drag 
& drop to arrange taskbar button at your wish. I wonder if this 
function could be implemented in powerpro active button bar, since I 
always hide my taskbar and use active button bar as my mini taskbar. 
This will greatly improve user experience. Thank you!
