I've only looked at the screenshots. To be able to get the countdown time (besides as info on buttons) I think you would need to use the event plugin rather than timers. You could make custom windows for various prompts using the dialog plugin and/or or bars with embedded controls. Probably more effort than its worth (unless doing it as a learning experience).
