Color settings don't currently work on a pushlike button (even including default bar color). I wanted to use pushlike buttons for some items instead of regular bar buttons because I found that I could add the undocumented keyword "left" and get left-justified text. AFAIK this is the only way to have a combination of buttons with centered and left-justified text on the same bar.
If I remove the pushlike property, setting colors works fine (but the button includes a visible checkbox). Might there be an easy fix? BTW, there is an error in the documentation for *control button. It says the keyword "rightbutton" is to right-justify text, but what it does is left-justify the button's text and right-justify its checkbox (doesn't work in combination with "pushlike" keyword).
