Do you hae audohide set on menu? Is you mouse cursor over the menu
when it disappears?

Manually set button width to be wide enough for clip text. PowerPro
will not change a button width automatically once the bar is shown.

Only by script with file.allfiles or by fancy use of menu folder with
"run all" option which runs a command to accumlate file sizes into a
global variable. Either approach is likely to be slow for larger folders.
