Thanks for testing. The recent updates should work up to 63 characters.

That is only done for notes that are already open because we don't
want to create multiple windows for the same note. But you gave me an
idea. I will look into making the content of the "open" submenu from
the note windows instead of the files. Then those items could pass
their handles instead of file name, and there would be no need to
match up file and window texts.

BTW, I think the Holidays script should work without special
processing for double byte code page if you'd like to try it.
