Instructions say that to move a floating bar you just click and drag it. Well,
that doesn't work for me. I've tried having the border on and try to click and
drag the border but that doesn't work. Every time I try to click and drag the
bar it just clicks the button and since I hold the mouse button down to drag
the bar, after awhile it opens the properties for the button. I would like to
place the bar on a specific area of my screen that is basically always empty
anyway. Another option would be to specify a place to put the bar, but so far I
haven't found understandable instructions on how to do that. I used to use
PowerPro years ago and for some reason I quit using it until the other day so
my memory is kind of vague on some of the things but if I remember right, I
never used to be able to move a floating bar in the past either.
