How are you doing it? Through Autorun? If it isn't through Autorun, you could do it that way, for that just create a commandlist called AutoRun. and see the Help file sections:
"window position | auto positioning windows" and the "autorun" link in there. If you do use Autorun, then post your command so we can see what might be wrong.
