Some people have hundreds of notes. It would not be useful to display all
of them when PowerPro starts. You may have PowerPro set to start when you
login to Windows. It has nothing to do with booting. If you logout of
Windows PowerPro will exit. If you login it will start. When PowerPro
starts it opens (displays) notes that were open when it exited. If you have
that options ticked then it closes all open notes before it exits so they
won't be opened when PowerPro starts. If the option is unticked then open
notes remain open when PowerPro exits so they are reopened when PowerPro
starts. Note open/closed state is retained during PowerPro restarts.
