I just found out that you can open a CMD prompt in administrator mode by typing "cmd" into the "run" window, and instead of pressing ENTER, you press Ctrl-Shift-Enter, and that opens the cmd window in administrator mode without any additional prompting. So I guess the question now becomes, how (if possible) do I send Ctrl-Shift-Enter *between* the "cmd" string and the taskkill command to follow? Tom Cheers, Tom
