With this version, you can hold down the SHIFT key while opening a note from the note menu to recategorize the note. Existing categories and subcategories are available from the special purpose menu. After a note is assigned a new category, the note is automatically closed. When the notemenu is next accessed the note appears in its newly assigned location. Regards, Sheri
