Don't know if it will come as any surprise that with the 6/30 and 7/1 updates I can run and rerun the File and Word scripts we were previously working with. They work rerunning before and after restarting Powerpro, and from the same open Explorer window. However the Word script is running extremely slowly. It pops up the Word window with text in it and waits (seems like) a minute before the text gets bold. Waits another minute or so before text sparkles. Waits again before the button pops up. Also by the time it finishes, there is a new file in the folder named ~$test.doc.
I also tried running some of the other scripts since all are being included again in the distro, but I don't find them all to run well. For example, the shockwave one runs, and as soon as the bar is shown, it immediately vanishes (never see the shockwave app and no time to click the title bar) along with Powerpro itself (which has silently died). The Excel script waits so long between cell updates that I almost give up. Regards, Sheri
