[power-pro] ppsv->SetVar vs SetStaticVar

Hi Bruce,

Will ppsv->SetVar work if target variable is a static in currently running 
script?  I take it in that circumstance ppsv->SetVar and ppsv->SetStaticVar 
have same consequence, providing SetStaticVar names that same script.
