So far seems fine. Double high works well where I used text under the icon on
each button, and also own hover face color.

Strange, didn't happen when I set my test app to open maximized. Possibly
because it has a variety of elements near the bottom of the window, including a
status bar?

Its a Delphi app I'm testing with, and there is no evidence the bar position
processing isn't working well. Just that in previous testing when I configured
with the win plugin, adding the row via the AutoRun list with target of
=exename sometimes returned a handle when none was expected, or else added two
rows to the "real" window when only one was expected. That was corrected when I
used c=classname instead.
