The last one fixed exename and exepath for 64-bit programs

Still getting the intermittent

So back to the hotkey, doesn't look like it's working still. The results
are still:
type ` and powerpro becomes unresponsive. Click onto another window, and
the ` appears, powerpro begins responding again.
