[power-pro] Does PowerPro support horizontal scrolling?

Can one set up an action of some sort to horizontally scroll in a  
window (e.g. Opera)?  I would love to set something up that--for 
example--enables horizontal scrolling by pressing Shift and then 
spinning the center scroll wheel.
