I've run some tests on my system :
Windows XP sp3 - Language Spanish
PowerPro 4.9 (26/06/09)

Label = (App down)
LCmd1 = win.debug(win.caption(lastautorunhandle))

Application          Result in debug
-------------        --------------------
Paint                Paint
Win32Pad             win32pad
WordPad             (debug not open)
Microsoft Word       Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel      Microsoft Excel (debug appears at 
                     the close the window)
7Zip                 (debug not open)
IrfanView            Irfanview
Notepad **

**Notepad in spanish is "Bloc de notas". Result is: "sin titulo - Bloc de 
notas", more or less: "No caption - Notepad", In other words: "default".

No caption in none. Only app name.
