Could someone run unicodePluginUnusualCodepointsDemo.powerpro in archive?
Tests new features (normalisation in particular requires either normaliz.dll or ICU libbs: see docs). It will toss up at error message near end of it's run (demonstration automatic testing for unusual characters). rtf is up to date, pdf and chm not
