I'm sorry, I misunderstood. I created a new command list and then created a hotkey to *menu showmenu. This pops up the list of desktops to move the window to. I see the same problem using it though. Some windows (such as explorer) will move everytime but others just flash and do nothing. So it seems running the moveactive does not work properly when called from a menu.
