Seems I got it done. Maybe kinda dumb not sending it to the
program that was doing the change. It's cursorxp. I used the
command: C:\Program Files\CursorXP\CursorXP.exe *Keys {Ctrl}b
Now it don't open that app, it just auto switches it on and off.
