I've tried this test with another program (one I know isn't 64-bit), and all
three possible states for "use timer for active/menu bars", and still only get
my test message if the program is launched by PowerPro. I've even tried
uninstalling PowerPro and deleting all remnants I could find in my user
profile, system folders and the registry and reinstalling to a new path on a
different drive owned by my user account. Nothing I've tried has helped at all.
Could you explain how I would find out if active buttons work? I'm probably not
using that feature at the moment.
