[power-pro] icon naming

Hello, y'all!
I have discovered (pp 4.9n) that when you specify within the config 
window an icon from an icon library for a button that the icon number is 
one less than if you specified it using cl.seticon.  Wouldn't it be 
better if it were the same naming, or am I missing something?
