[power-pro] PP and Voice Commands?

Hello, y'all!  I am interested to know whether anyone has created a plugin to 
use voice to execute commands?  Imagine if you said in a clear voice, 
"Notepad!" and PP runs Notepad!  Does anyone have a clue?
