[power-pro] Howto use CapsLock to be a modifier key?

how to use Capslock as a modifer key, and without effect Capslock status?

For instance, press "Capslock + a" to invoke a script. But if I don't press 
"a", and then cap status will change as normal after key up.

Now I use plugin Keytrap.
