Hello all, I sent this to the beginner list, yet I want to be lazier than selecting a menu item from a menu. ;-) And I want to try to get this to work.
I feel like a beginner so much, and I really appreciate the opportunity to lurk and learn. A while back - back in 02 - someone helped me create a script where I copy 3 different pieces of information in sequence (using a clip captured command list) and PPro moves the information down. so then I created a script that inserts the text contained in placeholder "a" and "d" using: *clip textPaste &(a) As I see it now, what is happening is as the script runs, PPro copies again that first item, and everything moves down one, and I never get to use the second or third placeholder item. In the script, one version I have I used *clip ignore next But that is not doing what I want it to. What I want is to be able to paste the text that is in "a" and "d" I what I am trying to do is clear, if not I will clarify more. Thanks in advance for the help.
