[power-pro] New Folder Here

Hello, y'all!  How can I use powerpro so that when I click in an explorer 
window or on the desktop and push, oh, say, win+n that it will create a new 
folder there?  I played with the newfolder command, but it requires me to give 
a path.  I would like the path to be found by simply clicking on the window.  
Has anyone written something like this yet?
