If you want to experiment, take a backup copy of your current pproconf.exe and then download http://powerpro.webeddie.com/download/pproconf.exe into your powerpro exe folder. Start pproconf and make sure your configuration dialog is fairly wide -- say covering 2/3 of screen. Now select an item in a near the top of a long command list and drag to the bottom left of the dialog, whilst staying over the dialog. Does a debug window appear? What does it say? Is pproconf running as admin?
