C3, yes, even if not often. C4 isn't displayed.

I'm using Xfce, removed all good-looking applets like "battery-status",
"clock", "wifi-status". Killed tpb and ifplugd, not using
NetworkManager. Patched the radeon driver in the kernel[1]. And do not
have any apps open beside of Xfce and the Xfce-Terminal where powertop
is running.
