for starters, hpet_patches_45.patch is part of
the -hrt patchset, so you get en error for
rendundant patching.

...and at least for me, rc4-hrt7 did not work,
but rc5-hrt1 is fine (so is rc4-hrt2, but s2ram was
still very flakey.
