Hi list, powertop suggest to use "iwpriv set_power 5 but on my thinkpad-x60t/ipw3945 this makes wlan so slow its useless. Always loosing connection to the AP and doing reconnects all the time while being only inches away from the AP (the famous blue linksys one). set_power 7 works perfect for me.
